All Owner protected parts such as keys/locking wheel nuts and ignition cylinders require the following:
copy of registration Valid
Copy of drivers license or passport photo page - can be valid or recently expired. with the same last name as on the rego.
auto Dealers can provide passport and sales/auction invoice along with previous owner registration
Can upload to secure dropbox, email or fax documents to BMW Germany HQ directly http://www.bimmernav.com/url/dropbox
